Real, down to earth, kind of soul growth

Therapy for when home feels heavy and growing up feels hard.

Welcome — we’re so glad you’ve found your way here.

We hope something about this space makes you think, “I could belong here”… “I could be real here.”

At Sound Mind Integrative Psychotherapy, our goal is to create something rare — a truly safe space where clients feel seen, honored, and free to show up exactly as they are. Not a performance. Not a fix-it project. Just real people being real, finding meaning and movement in their stories.

This isn’t about how awful or amazing you’ve been or could be. Let’s set that aside and just human together — as we help you make sense of what you’ve been through and what you want from it moving forward.

We don’t believe in telling people who or what they should be. Our team comes alongside you - never above you — gets in your corner — and walks with you. Each of our clinicians brings their own strengths, styles, and specialties, but we all share a commitment to showing up with care, honesty, and respect.

Along the way, we’ll support you in shaping your emotional, cognitive, and behavioral experiences — offering practical tools, space for healing, deeper self-awareness, and space to build a life that feels more like yours. You're not alone here. You're already welcome. Come as you are.

Our Specialities

  • The adolescent years can feel like a pressure cooker — for both teens and their parents. At Sound Mind Integrative Psychotherapy, we specialize in walking families through this pivotal stage of life with honesty, insight, and grounded support.

Our counselors are powerhouses of experience when it comes to school-age challenges. Many of us have deep roots in school-based counseling and crisis intervention, giving us firsthand knowledge of what teens are up against in today’s world — from social media pressures and academic burnout to friendship fallouts and identity struggles.

  • For families navigating big transitions, communication breakdowns, or emotional disconnection.

Whether you’re co-parenting through divorce, managing sibling conflict, or feeling like your home has more tension than peace—we help your family slow down, communicate with compassion, and move forward with a shared sense of strength and connection.

  • For partners feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by life’s demands.

We work with couples at all stages—dating, engaged, married, or in crisis—to rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and learn how to really hear and understand one another again. Infidelity, communication issues, and sexual intimacy are all safe to bring into the room.

  • For adults, teens, and kids carrying stress, trauma, or uncertainty.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, faith transitions, identity work, or past wounds that still feel close—we provide a safe space to process what’s heavy and explore how to move forward with intention, self-awareness, and hope.

We specialize in family therapy and support for the whole family unit—serving Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Leander, and surrounding Central Texas communities.

Book Your First Meet & Greet

This is a no-pressure space to share what’s bringing you in and hear how we can help. We’ll ask a few questions, talk through which therapist might be the best fit (if it's not the one you're already speaking with), and outline what the therapy process could look like for you.

We’ll also go over scheduling, pricing, and next steps — and then give you time to think it over before booking anything.

02.

Schedule Your Sessions

If it feels like a good fit, here’s what happens next:

  • We’ll send you a welcome email with access to your client portal — your one-stop shop for telehealth, secure forms, and billing info

  • You’ll fill out your intake and consent forms electronically

  • We’ll schedule your sessions and get you plugged in

  • And from there, we’ll start the therapy process with a plan that feels right for you
